Ladies and gentlemen of Hyrule, it’s finally here!

We’re very pleased to introduce the first round of brilliantly-crafted, hard shell, solid wood Hylian Sheaths made specifically to fit our Master Sword variants here at Astoria Workshop.

These sheaths are hand-crafted and feature some intricate design work painted in a deep, vibrant gold over a royal blue base. Perfect for cosplayers looking to take these swords to cons without your piece getting flagged for being exposed, while also serving as a great display counterpart to display on or next to your existing Astoria Workshop Master Sword. The sheaths are fully padded inside to protect your iconic piece against the elements.

Word of caution! Please use these with care. My Master Swords and Hylian Sheaths are hand-painted, and as with any painted prop weighing this much, when you start to carry its full weight around, you should expect minor markings to eventually be left on your far edges where the sheath bumps into things. This is entirely unavoidable, and the markings will be very minor, but just a forewarning to expect them if you use this sheath and carry your sword around a lot. Props see pinpoint markings and natural weathering over time and with use, just like the real one would if Link was carrying it around in real life and constantly sliding it in and out of a sheath 😅

Please do NOT expect perfection with these. We’ve made them as affordable as humanly possible for a solid hardshell sheath, these are enormous pieces to paint and assemble and hence you can expect minor paint blemishes or irregularities like not everything being perfectly straight down to the mm. Minor imperfections will not be grounds for a refund or return on any of these, they’re expected with wooden art this large individually painted and assembled by a human being. If you aren’t okay with imperfections, please do not purchase my pieces. I make sure there aren’t any major ones, but I won’t obsess over minor ones.

These are NOT universal. If you do not own one of our swords these were designed for, we do not guarantee it will fit your sword and will not be held liable if you purchase one and it doesn’t fit. Please be aware, as we will not accept returns for people who buy these hoping they’ll fit other swords.
